Because all Balanced Perfection products are handcrafted and made-to-order, we do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed and entered processing. Each item is prepared fresh and handled with care to ensure quality and safety.
Our products are handmade with love, so please allow 7–14 business days for processing before shipment. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email or SMS. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase, as Balanced Perfection is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email orders@balancedperfection.life within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll gladly resolve it with a replacement or store credit when applicable.
